It depends on the tracker - some may allow your whole real country, some others only your real normal IP range or ISP.

Dont trade the scT..Just like its nowadays stupid to trade what.cd..once a significant shift in IP is detected then u r done,maybe donate then trade the invites

I'm not sure if this is against the rules or not but watch out for Noob Saibot... he is a known scammer on some other sites, as well he also attempted to scam me on MSN a while ago out of a steam account...
