As long as i see, there is no problem at all, as long as you use it at a logical speeds that doesn't exceeds your ISP's highest provided speed.is the spoofer programe is safe ?
Look, the fake speed test image is saved on the same server as the original and it's actually generated by the same way as the real ones so what could make it detectable ? of course the damn high numbers that we use !! you can't use 1GB/s download speed while your ISP's highest provided speed is 100MB/s download speed.they have a way of identifying fake speedtests ?

Oh here is a very fast modifying of the Speedtest Spoofer, I hope everything will going to be smooth :)
Change log:
- Clipboard Bug fixed
- Old and light-weight icon returned (use ResHacker if you don't like it)
- updated servers (23/4/2014)
- the program now will load "Servers.xml" file at start up, in case there is no one it will load the internal list which is updated to 23/4/2014 (means always updated servers list)
- Textbox for the page link with a copy button added.
.NET framework 4.0 is required now (I think this won't make any problem, let me know if there is some)
Don't shy to ask for features but please other than ISP change.

I think it's logical enough yes, server and percentage that you're faster than is determined server side which means that we can't modify it directly.
User agent is the client that you use to browse the internet , your internet browser.

And you can see it in action.
When you complete the speed test, you can click on 'Test Audit Report' and you get a unique URL with the test and the IP address. IPT will then cross-check that the IP address shown on the unique URL corresponds with their database...
I have finished the test but I couldn't find the "test audit report" at all !, but my first glance at the site and the site has no encryption at all !
