If you succeeded in the interview and you got onto the site. Do they have an automatic system to warn them if i went over my upload speed which I gave them?

Everything suspicious gets logged to their IRC. Their swarm analyzer is quite good at detecting stuff if you don't stop before the update. They aren't checking if your upload speed is higher than X, they're checking if it's realistic given the amount of activity other peers have reported.

i'm going to go for an interview......if they asked me how did you hear about the website i will tell them "SBI-innovation", i'm pretty sure they've hear about it

Yes thats the best way to tell them. Since SBI is well known it can be used as a trusted source. On the other hand if you say "I knew about What.cd through xyz shitty tracker" they they might not believe you and not pass the pop corn to you

They use your speedtest for identification purposes only. They don't really care for your speeds.
