does anyone know what happened to bitnation? the main page says i have been banned, but it was do to an error a few weeks back. then it says join irc for help, but it refuses to connect.

Did you use www.bitnation.com ?
Works fine for me. I'm using OpenDNS. If you think you've really been banned this time, try accessing the site through a proxy.
