i have been flasing using RM here for about 20 days
15 GB every alternate day
seems okay till now
have selected torrents with adequate no of seeders and leechers

I did that but as 100% done with a 1MB/s speed on popular releases before flashing was proven working at TL.

I remember when I got my third TL account, I flashed that same day without problems. You may want to wait a day, just in case.

for the first few days/weeks. also with lower speeds at first. after a few days you can try to raise speeds ...

Come on, it's not like you're cheating on a tracker which has actual scripts But if you want to take it slowly that's fine

Just flash 20gb at a time, as needed. Dont go building a monster buffer, just flash when your ratio drops below 1 using a torrent with plenty of leechers and a not-too-high seeder/leecher ratio using PMR custom emu or RM + MR and you should be fine afaik.
