Probably a member of the staff reviewing logs or the "top X fastest uploaders" list and noticing you there. There are also reports of people getting "mystery" bans after making as little as one torrent comment or forum post, evidently someone opened their profiles and noticed the weird snatchlists.

If anyone can confirm using mRatio on TL after being recently updated with no harm or bans?!
Use the newest mRatio, Memory Reader, no packs, well seeded and leeched torrents with slow speed´s (big bluray movies e.g.). If you can look at the peerlist for the understated Uploadrate.
I jumped on new, well seeded and leeched blurays with RatioMasterPlus with speeds till 150 kb´s (100% done) and then seed them afterwards with 0 Kb´s for a few days. The torrents should me scene or torrents that you can find on other trackers
Do you need to add the torrents you're cheating on to both the client and the ratio tool, or only to the ratio tool?
And can you check the peerlist without adding the torrent to the client?

Only add the cheating ones to the tool. On TL you can't see peerlist.

Yes, just make sure that 1. the same torrent is never running on both programs at the same time, and 2. you use the memory reader.
True, it was never possible. Makes sense, as the most popular torrents have literally thousands of peers.

I jumped on new, well seeded and leeched blurays with RatioMasterPlus with speeds till 2,5 MBps for ca. 10 minutes, then decrease to 150 kb´s, after ca. 10 minutes I decrease the speed to 50 kb´s for ca. 10 minutes and then seed them afterwards with 0 Kb´s for a few weeks.
My real internet connection conducts about 3 MBps. After a week my account is still active.

Not saying you're doing anything wrong (if your account isn't banned, you haven't), but keep in mind that stats aren't updated in real time, and those periods of 10 minutes don't exceed the tracker update interval. So TL is going to see the average speed after the first update (approximately 450 KB/s based on the numbers you've given and an interval of 30 minutes).
