    adblocker for chrome. how?

I had been trying get an adblocker for chrome.

    Found about privoxy.

Set your browser to use Privoxy as HTTP and HTTPS (SSL) proxy by setting the proxy configuration for address of 127.0.0.1 and port 8118. DO NOT activate proxying for FTP or any protocols besides HTTP and HTTPS (SSL) unless you intend to prevent your browser from using these protocols.
Google Chrome AdBlock with Privoxy at TechnoBabel

But this wont work for me because my connection is not direct. My ISP provides some proxies, which fill up in the browsers to connect the internet.
So I cant type 127.0.0.1:8118 in there.

So how do I resolve google chrome adblocking problem?

You could use Iron: it has the same functionality as Chrome without all the call-homes, plus the last version includes a built-in ad-blocker controllable by dropping an adblock.ini file in the same folder as Iron.exe - you can find it here.
