Sort the torrent list by leechers, and jump on those that have a good amount. With the "slow and steady" method it doesn't matter if they're partial seeders. Haven't tested the Waffles method on What yet myself.

Say there's a torrent with about 200 seeders and 20-30 leechers. Is that a good torrent to cheat on? (w/ Waffles method)
I guess yes. Although if I remember correctly, it's better to use it on torrents you've snatched whenever possible. If it's a small album, you're better off at downloading it first, then faking. I've done this with the slow and steady method, and also discovered new music in the process

I personally use Waffles method under 500 kB/s with Extreme Mod.

I used W-M with RM there, using my real isp upload speed on multiple torrents at the same time, on already snatched torrents. I have a big buffer now, so for the moment, i stopped cheating there.
so on every torrent you're using your max real upload speed?
i.e. your overall speed is number of torrents x your real max upload speed?

Best way to get some buffer fast is the waffles method
and
Best way to stay safe is to use slow and steady?
Because atm I want to become power user but also want to maintain my current 2.17 ratio after downloading some albums etc that I've been putting off cause what.cd is scary with the difficulty of seeding
