I started noticing that after I watch a movie or a few episodes of tv show, on my TV, I get a headache. I never had this problem before! :(

I have a similar problem with white/cool lights. In addition to seeing a doctor, you may want to turn down the color temperature in your TV and check if that makes a difference (I use 2300K on my monitor during nighttime).

I'll see if there's an option for that. But strange thing is I have this TV for almost 7 years now, and I never had this issue before and back then I watched movies and tv shows all the time. I only stopped when my niece was born cuz I didn't want to disturb her.
And I have a problem when I read on monitor, a wall of text, but background is dark. omg, then I feel like my eyes start rolling!

I prefer it that way (light text, dark background), although the opposite doesn't make me cry blood either.

I used a black color scheme for quite a long time, but had to change because too many sites and programs assume you have it the other way around.
