Does the NoUpload feature work in this version?
Because in older versions the modder wright that feature in his changelog but it don't work...

Yes but Ruffy wrote it in each version that his mod hast the 0 Upload feature but i've tried an older version and that function didn't work. Have you already testetd this release if it works now?

Does the NoUpload feature work in this version?

0 upload means, you can set the uploadspeed on 1kb,
0 is the same like infinitely, but you dont need it, because
if you more reduce your uploadspeed , your downloadspeed
will be reduced too...

Normal 0 Upload means NoUpload like in the KOT Mods...
You talk about NoRatio. But if your downloadspeed will be reduced the mod don't have that feature...

I've downloaded many file if we didn't share there wouldn't be any.

Using DeathAngel 1.4 now but this PirateMule sounds interesting
