What amount of time (in seconds) have you set RM to wait between announces? The default is 1800s (30 minutes).

Well, yeah check ur time gap interval between different announces check & set the interval to a higher value than the existing (or just use the default as anon said which is 1800s),also you may need to check ur firewall (if u have one installed) for accepting incoming connectiongs thru uT client opened ports

    Don't double-post

Announces are the "messages" a BT client sends to the tracker to report upload, download, ask for peers, etc... RM fakes these to cheat.
I recommend you set it to between 1800 and 2700...

    About the problem:
Tick the "Ignore 'failure reason' tracker response" and see if your stats are still updated in the tracker.
There's also a new version of RM 1.7.5 out, with a uT 1.8 spoof, you can try that...

Ok I will try it ... sorry bout Double Post

and one other question ... it's safe to change the value between Announces and make it more than or less than 1800 ?

Above 1800: the maximum I'd use would be 3600 (1 hour), because that's the max amount of time I have seen uT wait between announces. And if you set it above 1h and the tracker has anti-ghostleecher scripts, you may be detected and banned...
Below 1800: up to 1200 (20m) as an absolute minimum.

Remember there's no reason for a legit client in a normal situation to announce slower than 3600s or faster than a bit less than 1800s

i would suggest for you to change the value more not less but the decision is yours. just from experience.

hmmm .. I found something work great with TD NRPG RatioMaster works great

Finally .. I have something new with pp ... i think its's hard to cheat on pp .

every time i try this message appear in progress log .. and RM don't work .

    the message :

[04:26:55] *** Failed to decode tracker response :
    [04:26:55] <!--
    - Unfortunately, Microsoft has added a clever new
    - "feature" to Internet Explorer. If the text of
    - an error's message is "too small", specifically
    - less than 512 bytes, Internet Explorer returns
    - its own error message. You can turn that off,
    - but it's pretty tricky to find switch called
    - "smart error messages". That means, of course,
    - that short error messages are censored by default.
    - IIS always returns error messages that are long
    - enough to make Internet Explorer happy. The
    - workaround is pretty simple: pad the error
    - message with a big comment like this to push it
    - over the five hundred and twelve bytes minimum.
    - Of course, that's exactly what you're reading
    - right now.

What client simulation are you using?
The server is trying to answer with an error page...

Well,u said its hard to cheat on PP but it might be so using RM but did u try to use Shu Mod & Faze Mod ?? since no one reported them not working properly ever before on any tracker so just give it a try & forget about that RM (u already having severe problems with it) !!

@Haytham: you can make the hacked Azureus behave like RM using the "report seeder" option and deselecting all files when you load a torrent.
