When someone gets ‘caught’ the ISPs will send out a warning, 100% based on music industry provided ‘evidence’. Not even the ISPs know if the claims of the BPI are true, so the evidence is totally unchallenged, a perfect position for the music industry.

AP2Pers' Ip harvesters grab ANY IP that may have had ANYTHING to do with that network: opening up your P2P program just to check how many shares you have (for example) is enough for it to connect to its network and "give" the "mp3 police" your IP, then they send you a letter and that's how it keeps on going...100% based on music industry provided ‘evidence’.
