I just remember them having a policy against people doing that...

yes cross seeding is prohibited there,
you must leech the whole torrent from there,
but if you want to act you didn't pay attention to it, you must be aware that some torrents has an extra file (usually a small sized nfo or an image) to catch those who use RM @ 100% immediately.

Yes to both, maybe you can go higher than 100kB/s, but personally I wouldn't take the risk.

Thanks for clarifying that. So I should fake the download to 100% using RM before I seed back? And would it be possible to use some quite quick download speeds since obviouisley on a popular torrent that would be likely?

I once faked download on an inactive torrent and got away with it, so maybe yes...

i think you need to download a single 'piece' which cannot be achieved using RM

but if you want to fake download and seed back using SP:
i once fake downloaded a game from bcg and seeded it back using RM with 0kB/s upload speed and got away with it, but i was banned because of my inviter now on my dupe one i just don't cheat.
