    Well, I like Godzilla more than King Kong. Besides, he was created partly as a reminder of the dangers of nuclear war, which (unfortunately) is still relevant today.

    I get that especially since the genre of movie was started by both Japan and USA studios after the events that unfolded between both countries. However, my comment was more on the term of why do people still watch it? Do they find it entertaining or just something to pass your time with. I've watched maybe 2 out of the 25-30 (I'm guestimating here) that have released till date and found it a waste of my time.
