How can it be my isp if i just uploaded that image.

I don't know, these errors happens randomly for me and i thought you might have the same problem.
my isp have problems like the upload starts with 500kB/s - 1MB/s but nothing is transferred (and i don't even have 500kB/s up speed),
so i upload incomplete,currupted files..etc and ran through that error you had.

Yes, it's browser related shortcut.

I use Chrome, I also tried it on other browsers:
Opera: doesn't work
Firefox: alt+s opens the history menu

Alt+S opens the "Sources" menu for me in Opera.

You can edit shortcuts, though, so maybe removing that one will make quick reply work.

I believe it's because images from albums were used, albums are only visible if logged in, so pictures cannot be seen while logged out

trü and strage indeed since the album is pulic and the other icons are also from an album
