Power Users have an invite section, or at least that's how it was three years ago. There was a Exigo invite thread already abandoned by then.

bitMe is the best place to get invites, there's tons of trackers in the PU forums in there and they're constantly give out invites.... Just pop on a thread, post your email and in 2 days tops it's there.
