This trailer looks so much better than the last one. It's really cool that they showed the personality of the genie a bit more because it looked ridiculous at first.

As for the movie itself, well, it's hard to bring an animation to live action without having the characters look creepy and keeping the same "magic" as the original. The latest trailer seems decent, we'll see.
