None that I know of. If you're able to set a proxy, you can run ProxyFake or Ratio Ghost on a computer and give the few "normal" clients that do exist some cheating features.

Im currently porting my JRatioBoost program to Android/IOS. With my main focus being on android. I have not released it yet but will in the next week or so. Here is a screenshot of the development version.

i wouldn't say don't cheat on android but you can check this,
just a heads up these can get messy if you make simple mistakes since its CLI
    and download termux
then do the casual stuffs(i am not gonna instruct each things since you can learn them by little googling)

I haven't tried running this or testing it but since it is on python it should be able to run on anything that has python installed.

i may or may not update this post later after i have tested it.

EDIT: I tested it and it was successful. see screenshot below.

also note: If you have a phone with crappy background management and or low ram then DO NOT TRY TO DO THIS you will just then put your private tracker account in danger. and i am warning again this is a risky method and only try if you have no other options left

Note that Android's battery optimization feature and battery saver mode put background apps to sleep if deemed inactive, so they should be avoided too. Terminal Emulator (com.termoneplus) supports setting a wakelock for your session, which in theory should prevent this.

Of course, the truly hardcore solution would be to run a Windows VM using Limbo, install your favorite cheating programs inside it, and then enjoy your BiglyBT Extreme Mod, RatioMaster Plus, and 5-minute battery life

I stopped development of my JRatioBoost program for android as android restricts apps that run in the background. There are ways around it. The good news is my program worked with very little modification as it is written in java and just ported over fine. I'll release it on the f-droid store if anyone really wants it. But you have to ask your self why would you even want to run it on a phone. Just use your PC.

Can't you fix this by setting a wakelock or disabling Doze for your app? For example, MX Player uses wakelocks... to an abusive level, but I'm not happy with any of the other media players

I agree completely, but it seems some people don't see it that way

maybe, people with high mobility want to keep control over his account and maintain ratio in lunch break without even opening his/her laptop. but he/she could use RDP and btw most of trackers ban mobile client. is it true ?

This scenario may be followed by opening the laptop to make an "I got banned at..." post here.
