    Beep boop beep

    Nullsoft Beep

I had this installed on my computer on 2007, among lots of other junk... it's just a novelty, and only reacts to 32-bit programs on 64-bit systems, but I thought you had the right to know something like this exists

Nullsoft Beep is an application that makes your computer sound like computers sound in the movies. It requires Windows 95 or later with DirectX 3 or later.
Care to give an example? How do computers sound in movies?

Beep boop bleep beep. It's not very prevalent now, but you'll see it in pre-2000 movies and sci-fi like Aliens, Star Trek, 2001: A Space Odyssey... Half-Life had beeping computers too.

(Fun fact: Microsoft added customizable system sounds to Windows 95 because people actually paid for third-party software that did the same to 3.11.)
