rootserver / vServer / VPS for Bittorrent IPv6 tunneling

So I've got a new ISP which gives me an IPv6 address ( and something called DSLite to connect to IPv4 adresses). Unfortunately I did not really realize (in a timely manner ), that this will pretty much completely keep me from seeding anything to IPv4 peers.

Can anyone recommend me an small, simple and cheap vServer or similiar for tunneling my Bittorrent traffic. It should obviously come with an IPv4 address
Not much CPU power, RAM or storage space (10 GB would already be enough) needed as it's only used for tunneling using e.g. the little tool 6tunnel (see https://github.com/wojtekka/6tunnel).

It's possible to get small vServers here in Germany for something like 3€/month, but I guess this would not be the best location where you want your ALT traffic to happen.

You can take a look on OVH https://www.ovh.ie/. They have server all arround the globe. Also an alternative is DigitalOcean ( https://www.digitalocean.com/ ).

DS-Lite is essentially a form of CGNAT. If you call your provider and tell them you need a public IPv4 address because your PlayStation can't host games or your online cameras can't do IPv6, they may actually give you one.

Doesn't OVH host in france? I vaguely remember some threads which mentioned OVH was not a good choice for ALT's.

Yes, this is a CGNAT. I already asked my ISP, unfortunately I did not get an positive answer. I am now tunneling all my traffic through some cheap vServer I found using OpenVPN.

OVH was where the seized What.cd servers were hosted. Of course, hosting one of the biggest trackers in the world and running a tiny seedbox on a shared server are two different things.
