    Hmmmm??? Can't upload the complete release as continuing to receive the message

    We checked this and everything seems alright. If you have "enhanced attachment enabled" in your options, try turning it off. Clearing your browser's cache could also be a good idea, we did some maintenance days ago.

    Settings --> [My Account] General Settings --> (X) Enhanced Attachment Uploading off

    That didn't help with the "Remote file uploads have been disabled!" failure. However, then if I tried direct from PC upload I'd then get a message something like "File size too large to process". So then I reduced a little the release file size and success after several tries and hours since I only have a finicky 15kb/s upload speed available.

    I used the "Upload Files from a Website" dialog for a remote server where I placed the files.
