I'm unable to seed a torrent on tracker because it has same hash value as a torrent i'm already seeding. How do i change the hash value and seed it on the tracker?

You can, but you shouldn't. The info_hash is the "DNA" of a torrent. Make the slightest change and neither tracker nor peers will recognize it as the same anymore.
