Scene tracker with autoupload. The owner says they don't log anything and will close registrations after the first thousand members get in.

I asked the owner what their privacy policy was (i.e. what user activity they keep logs of), and he said nothing is logged.

Either he is lying or he wont be caring if people make dupes/ sell invites.
How will they ban people if they dont log anything? or they only log ip?

There are other means of detecting dupe accounts. Try getting back in What.cd with just an IP change and see how much you last
