    Pan Baidu requires a phone number to complete registration. Don't suppose you guys have a sollution for this, do you? A temporary phone service or something like those temporary mail services?

    IDK what abuse of storage could happen at outlook.com but I used onedrive with pirated material and no problem , only problems I heard
    of is when people share copyrighted materials on big forums with onedrive and the file is reported and gets deleted and that's about it.
    Probably repeat infringes like that eventually get their account disabled but idk that to be the case at all.
