Installation:
1. Download and install Vuze (if this is a Beta/CVS update, download the latest NON BETA release) (Vuze : Java BitTorrent Client - Download).
2. BACK UP YOUR TORRENT LIST! IT IS LIKELY YOU WILL LOSE IT!
3. Optional: If you want to make a backup of your old Vuze version. Go to the install directory and rename Azureus2.jar to Azureus2.jar.bak
4. Extract the files using WinRAR (WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files) or equivalent to %PROGRAMFILES%\Vuze (C:\Program Files\Vuze) and overwrite ALL files.
5. Run Vuze and Enjoy!
NOTE: For other operating systems simply replace the Azureus2.jar. For 64-bit, portable, and Vuze Plus support read the README in the appropriate package.

Troubleshooting:
Before posting problems please make sure:
1. You have updated Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to version 6 (Java SE Downloads).
2. You have removed the Vuze folder in %PROGRAMFILES% (C:\Program Files\Vuze).
3. You have removed the Vuze folder in %APPDATA% (The folder may be hidden).
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Vuze for XP
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Vuze for Vista
4. Reinstalled Vuze using the package from Vuze : Java BitTorrent Client - Download
5. Re-applied the hack from the downloaded archives.

Warning: Performing steps 2 and 3 will wipe your torrent list and Vuze settings.

Hello SB-innovation team. Its my first post here, even if im using your tools for many years. I came with a problem.
Im using your Extreme Mod for Vuze and I got a problem. Whats weird it occurs only with ONE tracker. I wont mention it here for security reasons, but I will pm a mod if one requires it. The problem is that on that ONE tracker, vuze somehow doubles Download report, making it hard to keep positive ratio, even with extreme mod.
Also, with latest version, fake upload limit doesent work. e.g. Ive put it to 700kbs it passes that value, event above 1mbs.
Maybe ive done something wrong. Ill attach screenshot of my settings.

I suffered from this as well, I didn't contact gf or djj to know if ticking this feature ignoring - it shouldn't- the speed limit (maybe it is a bug).

I don't know if it is a bug or not, just made a notice because it says it should on the settings page.
So if it doesn't, it is definitely a bug.

I didn't try the last version but as far as I know DDJ only updates the core and the cheat options didn't get modified for long time ago.

Hi guys,
I have an issue on OSX Mavericks running Vuze.
I install the "normal" Vuze and then i run it. Its OK. I exit it.
Then i right click on the app Vuze and i go in /Contents/java/app and i replace the existent Azureus2.jar with the one I downloaded from SBI.
Then I restart the Vuze but i get a message "LOADING"... and nothing special. It says that it will start next time VUZE is loaded fully. Me dont understand... :-)

Perfect Spoof is greyed out. is there a possible fix for this.

I have the same Mac related issue where it hangs when loading the plugins. I've wiped all traces (or attempted to) several times and hit the same roadblock. Thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

Could you share the source code? I don't want to end up with low quality code after decompilation with JD or neshkov. You don't have time to update it anyway maybe I'll take a look into updating it.

Did you ever get this figured out? I've had this problem with other versions in the past and then the next version will work. Never been able to sort it out...


**edit** This was in reference to the issue in Yosemite where it hangs at the plug-ins screen when you boot.
