    Gparted v.022.0-1

Hi all you Linux boxers who use our famed partition tool.
Gparted is coming out with a new edition (again).

The main controversy of the new Gparted v.0.22 is that it has moved into using systemd. For those of you who don't know, systemd has been a bit of a controversial bru-ha-ha.
Most critics claim that it doesn't deserve to be entitled to be within the realm of the Unix philosophy because it violates concepts of resusability and even of modularity.

Regardless, the link for further info is listed below as well as you can also go to the Distrowatch homepage if you like.

    whose grey top shall tremble,
    He descending, will Himself,
in thunder, lightning, and loud trumpet’s sound,
    ordain them laws".

I recently added this to my Grub2 menu as a live.iso as opposed partitioning within the actual operating system. I don't know what was happening as I just stared at a black screen when wanting to partition using the Grub2 activated live iso file. This version of gparted works fine when used within the OS, but as per my own personal experience when using it as a live iso via Grub, not so good. The black screen and the flickering line on the top left of screen didn't forebear well when using this particular version.
Decided to revert back to having Grub utilize an older version.

Just lett'in ya know in case your ever wanting to use it as a live iso from your Grub menu. Your experiences might be the same or may differ of course.
