since Avengers: Infinity War HDCAM was released a week ago, we may expect the HDRip in 7 weeks and the BluRay in 11 weeks
Black Panther came out in February, but I downloaded BluRay rip a few days ago :)
Looking at the release dates, it is expected to be in August 2018 release for WEB and BluRay. Unless someone from the scene or some P2P group works at some DVD store who can sneak it out and rip it, maybe end of july. The dates haven't been set in stone. When it does I will come back and update you guys with the predictions.

Some friends of mine got disappointed when watching this one because it ends in the same manner as The Hobbit second movie, that's when a lot of action seems to be about to blow then the film suddenly ends (after 2 and a half+ hour). I think part of this blame is that they took off the "part 1" and "part 2" of the movie title, so many folks don't know that there will a be a second part probably next year.
As for the digital release in good quality I think it will take a while since this movie is rated pretty well. When it's not so well (Black Panther got a 7.x rating at IMDb as of now) it usually releases sooner.

Yes, when the movie is going well in ticket sales they try to explore it more and keep them in theaters for longer times and also longer times in small cities.
