afaik that example given by Lord Jesus Christ was advising Christians to adopt a kind of behavior that resembles well behaved unspoiled children, like the ones present at highly religious families who made sure they and their offspring were behaving in exemplary ways regarding their religious injunctions, residing at places which He frequented - such people, along with saintly persons, are prime candidates for entering Heaven or more generally the Kingdom of God

a child is often considered as being innocent upon entering this life and this particular body (incarnation), it didn't have time to develop attachments to the materialistic world in this life, which are formed while living and strengthened especially when living in frivolous, immoral ways, unrestrained by religious injunctions - religious rituals are designed to cleanse a person from these attachments, preparing new prime candidates as mentioned above

however, the very reason for incarnating in a body is due to developed attachments from previous lives, so a child is not free (or innocent) from reactions due to their past life actions - in other words, the way you are living this life will determine where you end up in your next life - usually, a child entering this life still didn't attain the level of a prime candidate, but it was worthy of entering a human body or better yet, entering a highly religious family where it may have excellent conditions to further advance spiritually and reach the level of a prime candidate

Hey guys, anyone might have any idea why my new monitor (Asus VG249Q) shifts my desktop shortcuts and resizes windows, every time I turn on the monitor? Refresh rate is at 144hz. This doesn't happen if I switch back to 60hz. I'm on Windows 7.

i have MSI laptop, when the first time i reinstall my windows, i use original driver from the website. And i download Intel Download & Support Assistant which has many major update from the dev. I assume you use Intel. and i suggest you to try update the driver with intel assistant, my wife before update is kinda laggy, big ping, while my wifi router is normal just fine, i checked driver on msi still the same date. but when i update with intel, it has major improvement. now my ping is around 90-150ms good enough.

have you installed the software first? first of all you need to download the intel assistant, and go to that intel link, it will automatically scanning your device drivers you must use chrome for better experience. i will provide the download link below.

that link worked. it says "Your Intel® drivers and software are up to date."
Under my Intel HD Graphics 4600 on "Availability" it says "Running at full power", but under my 1060 6gb on "Availability" it says "Offline". Not sure why.

that's normal in my experience, VGA onboard use for daily use, but when it comes to gaming, or other heavy load it switch automatically to your NVidia. of course you can change the setting in NVidia control panel

Note that the answers don't mention FeatureControl/FeatureTestControl (for Intel adapters) and DMMEnableDDCPolling (for AMD). I really hope you don't have to modify the former, as its possible values and their effects are undocumented. In all likelihood there are other registry entries I'm not aware of.

    I'll be honest, I didn't understand a single word
    My pc specs: i5 3690k, 16gb ram, Nvidia 1060 6gb, SSD

I forgot to mention, every time I turn the monitor on, there's that sound "new device" detected.

It's okay, I can have that effect on people My previous answer is not relevant for nVidia hardware, but try one of these.
