it's not better or worse than other shows of that genre. i wouldn't give too much about what others say anyway, have a look for yourself and then decide

You have to wait the episode 12 to see the beginning of the real story, but after that it become very good

I'm pretty much in same boat, but I already downloaded, and gonna start watching it today. Hope it won't suck so much so I can hold until second part of season
