Sorry, but you know this looks so adolescent to me. For one thing, this film doesn't seem to demonstrate any first-hand knowledge of the American west. A Western film like this doesn't even illustrate the mass Native American genocide and senseless animal cruelty that was rampant in those days. And instead replaces it with a white-washed comedy that doesn't even come close to being a comedy. Hell, it isn't even a spaghetti western.

A spaghetti western is one where you have some one of the likes of Clint where he is acting all bad-ass. The characters don't even come close to being bad-ass. To me it looks like this film would put the western genres into decline.

The producers of this film couldn't even try to make a moldy piece of bread look funny.
    "God, from the mount Sinai
    whose grey top shall tremble,
    He descending, will Himself,
in thunder, lightning, and loud trumpet’s sound,
    ordain them laws".

well, its a comedy made by that macfarlane guy, known for another annoying comedy 'Ted' and some other lame tv shows, full of crude, juvenile, body-fluid/toilet jokes and such - basically its the kind of writer/director who would even make fun of things like 'the infected blankets' if he could, just to show how he is so xtreme and beyond any restraints/considerations - in other words, you probably don't want to hear what this guy has to say/joke about the american west

the mass Native American genocide and senseless animal cruelty that was rampant in those days.

i wouldn't be too sure if the term genocide applies here - it was basically colonialism & mass settling/migration going further and further until there was no land left to conquer - the natives were caught by surprise, they weren't wise/competent enough to realize the extent of this momentum, its short/long term implications, or to form a united opposition that would defend what was left of their land, essentially they failed to adapt to these new conditions in terms of preserving their (previous) status/position/freedom

also, regarding animal cruelty, what may be called excessive was probably killing them 'for sport' or trophies (incl. massive campaigns of the same, sponsored or not regulated by the local authorities), otherwise it was mostly for food/clothes/tools (especially natives & to an extent settlers) or in direct/territorial confrontations with the animals

furthermore, even if these examples were addressed, imagine the results of hollywood objectivity, oh wait... (we already know the results)

spaghetti western formula is that of using classical western elements and inverting them, de-romanticizing, de-constructing them, focusing on the 'opposite', thus: just heroes become back-stabbing criminals (anti-heroes), beautiful landscapes become barren oppressive terrains, honorable deeds become supplanted by dishonesty, romantic relationships become raping scenarios, clean characters become dirty scoundrels, romanticism becomes gritty realism or worse and so on

in a sense, spaghetti western was signifying the decline of classical western - didn't take long to end up as a decline of western in general, with barely any westerns made, let alone memorable ones (as is the current situation)

The producers of this film couldn't even try to make a moldy piece of bread look funny.
to them, scenarios like 'humping this item you mentioned' or 'feeding it to someone while spewing obscenities' would count as good comedy material
