I've read somewhere that use mratio with a torrent that have no leecher is very dangerous for your account : they can guess that you are cheating... :(

I think you can make it upload a very tiny values per second, about 1KB per second.

what about the memory reader when runnning mratio and utorrent in the same time ? and stopping/restarting utorrent ?

When you close the uTorrent and open again, the peer_id and key changes, so you must stop torrents on mRatio, or close it and open again, do the memory reader to capture the new peer_id and key to not have problems. If tracker notice that you have 2 clients with different peer_id, it's a ban.

No, you only have to memory reader when you restart your uTorrent.

Just put the torrents in mRatio, and configure to speed 0 when peers < X.
I use this option with 5 peers. When my torrent get < 5 peers, the speed goes to 0, dont uploading anything, and I still be as seeder of the torrent. When the torrent get > 5 peers, the speed comes to normal.

You can put 0 in the speed. It wont upload anything and the tracker will see you as a seeder, so in 2 weeks you wont get a HnR.
I have some torrents seeding at 0b/s at one tracker that multiplies the bonus x time of seed. Have 3 months of seed in those files. It's amazing how much bonus I've got everyday just with those 5 files.

Just put the .torrent file in mRatio, configure as 100%downloaded and wait 2 weeks.

As is you cannot Waffle Method once for all torrents from a tracker, have to go one by one.

It would be a great improvement to the app.

Just out of curiosity, would it be possible to show the size of all torrents together in mRatio? As I use it basically as a bonus point farm I got about 1000 torrents in it. It shows the size for each individual torrent but I can't find anywhere a combined size. As some of it are BD movies I wonder how many TB I'm actually "seeding".
