The tracker looks dead to me but anyway , try using userenity or mr or rm at low speeds (50kb/s) since there is almost no leechers on the tracker

the WM works with high speeds >10 MB/s down and 20 MB/s up you can go much higher. their script is not strong if there is any i used mr w/o memory reader and utorrent 3.1.0 is the client.
