I use google as synonym for search engines nowadays. Maybe use duckduckgo.com or something similar.

I'm in ebooks-shares.org, I'm not sure they got that much of content but you can try them I guess. At least it's a "ebook only" tracker. I hear IPT has a good collection of ebooks too. I know a decent site too (DD) but they are spanish and most of the ebooks are in spanish: papyrefb2.net

Use IRC instead. There's a ton there.

    IRCHighway #ebooks
    Undernet #bookz

Briefly, this is how you use it once you get in the channel:

    1) type in "@search" followed by an author name, title, format preference (all are optional)

    2) Wait for your search results to be delivered to you via the search bot. You'll have to download and unzip the text file.

    3) Search results will look something like this:

!bonnie Robert Jordan - Wheel of Time #1 (mobi).rar ::INFO:: 1.3mb

(this is only one, obviously there will be many to choose from for widely-available titles)

You want to copy everything before the "::INFO::", like thus:

!bonnie Robert Jordan - Wheel of Time #1 (mobi).rar

    4) Paste your selection back into chat, and it will be sent to you.

    5) Enjoy your book

    Tips for success:

Don't have an IRC client? I recommend PChat. It's free, open source, and well laid out.

Also download Calibre. It's an eBook suite that has many tools for eBooks, including some third-party addons that will strip the DRM restrictions from books you may legitimately own. It's an important tool for converting eBooks to the format of your choice. Sometimes you can only find something in a Kindle format (mobi), but you've got a Nook (epub). You can convert it easily in Calibre. Some books you'll find are in PDF or HTML formats. It'll handle those easily as well. You don't even have to unzip them. Just drag and drop and convert.

Lastly, read the flippin rules smalls. Don't ask questions in the ebook channel. Pay attention to what the chatbot says to you if your search query doesn't work. If you keep spamming the same thing, hoping it'll work--you'll get your IP banned. They're good people, but they run a tight ship.

You can also try Library Genesis too. It has tons of ebooks but you need to search it well.

Agreed, got lots of novels at #bookz. Plenty of fiction and romance books there LOL.

This is how it all works:

    1. The books on google and sometimes not on google are all on Library Genesis.
    2. If there is not a book at Library Genesis that means you would have to search specific e-books sites which release books everyday and maybe make a request for the book on that site.

The sites can be bibliotik, myescience, Docs, thegeeks, elbitz, etc.
