I play indoor football twice a week from September to May, then it's outdoor almost every day if it's sunny :)
gym 3 times a week, running 2 times a week, sex 15 times a week its really good program
i play cricket every day at 4:00 PM with kids and then i go to walking in the courniche and have fun lol
50 kg 5*12 bench press 4 days in a week, this is not for body building i just like to push up.

Five times a week, sometimes more i love lifting weights, however this yr i want to get cardio fit.
go jogging every other day, except weekends
2 times a day, three days a week. Im an addict..
4-5 times a week gym : )
Only when my dog nags me to take her for a proper run instead of just a walk around the block!
(Oh, and this isn't a euphemism for the missus!)
