How can I add fake peers?

Hi, how can I send fake peers to a UDP or HTTP tracker? I see many on on thepiratebay with fake peers. Usually i see fake peers coming from h33t and from istole.it

How can I do it?

Please elaborate. "Fake peers" has at least two meanings.

and same like there i need to inflate the number of peers from UDP and HTTP trackers.

Me also looking for this. While i was searching "How to spoof/inflate seeds/peers count on public trackers" in google i found this forum. Seems like all about torrents forum. Hope i find solution for this...anyone?
