a question about finished (%) in RM

i have been looking around the forum for an answer and i still didnt find one.
what is the purpose for the finished (%) option ?
what sould i do put 100 % when i start upload ? or just Random numbers like (45.41)?
i know that its have a Difference can someone help me please ?
and another question. if i use MR its says that its has to be 1 download open in utorrent, the download in utorrent needed to be from the same torrent that i wantted to upload ?

If you want to look like someone just beginning to download the torrent, you set it to 0.

If you want to stop cheating for today (there are other reasons as well), the finished % will remember where you stopped so that you can continue tomorrow. Using a "random number" from the start isn't a good idea unless you have a good reason to do it.

If you want to look like someone who started seeding directly, you can set it to 100.

No, actually it's recommended that you use any torrent but the one you want to cheat on. A public one is just fine.

That depends on the torrent. Scene releases and stuff that can be found elsewhere in the same exact format is okay. Packs and exclusive torrents aren't. Read me.

Don't you think that someone who claims to have nothing of the torrent but is uploading is a bit suspicious? Common sense here.
