Total Commander. the best alternative to windows explorer. fast file copying, multi rename, compare files by content, built in ftp client, handles zip, rar and many other archive types and many other features.
    Total Commander - home

I have a weird problem with this one. If I move a large file(s) to another HDD, either it's external or USB key, I get transfer speed drops. It will drop all the way to 0 and will stay like that for a few minutes than start moving the files again. It's kind of annoying!

SuperCopier might be of help but it doesn't support the queue functionality which you're looking for.

I'm curious why you are ditching teracopy. I've used it in the past and it used to work like a charm. Haven't needed it lately though, so I'm curious what changed.
