uSerenity + Slow & Steady + Waffles / What.cd

I have been reading about the waffles method and slow and steady for cheating on waffles.fm and what.cd and I have decided on slow and steady method. In the slow and steady method, it says to use Ratiomaster. I use uSerenity with uTorrent 3.0.

1. Is it safe to use slow and steady method with uSerenity on waffles and what?
2. Would it make safer if I update my uTorrent to 3.1.2?
3. If uSerenity is not safe, what tool is the best for slow and steady in 2012 for waffles and what?
4. Should I delete my uploads on waffles before I cheat? (I don't cheat on my own uploads, only other torrents)

Sorry if this was mentioned. I could not find Serenity the slow and steady thread and my english is not so good.

1. I haven't tried anything on those trackers (or anywhere) for a long while, but it's said to always work. Patience is the key.
2. using the latest client is always nice.
3. see #1.
4. if you don't want to cheat on your uploads, then don't. Deleting them is absolutely unnecessary.
