I am talking about the speedtest you provided and the speeds that you have mentioned. On torrents, it is a whole another case. As shoulder mentioned, maybe you aren't connected to "good" leechers. Try the tips that SealLion
mentioned.

The fact that you have a certain upload speed doesn't ensure that you will upload to your full potential on torrents.
