If I use a newer client file in mratio, do I have to load all the torrents again or is there an easier way to change the emulated version in them?

The safest way is to use memory reader:
Action - Memory Reader - Search Memory - Apply

After version 4.1 you can select the torrents you want (multi-select), then right-click -> Advanced -> Emulation, then change the emulation to whatever you want and press apply.
Note: All the torrents should be stopped before doing that.

Same as usual. Once the Member title users get another release, you get what they had until then. If you want an ETA, I guess only The248 can give that.
