Doing so wouldn't screw up tracker announces? Then there is the question of ports? Guess what I'm trying to ask is does running two instances of mRatio work 'correctly', has anyone tried?

^ Yeap, same here. Also use the favicon option for even quicker visuals (it's a great feature imo). Though even with both features gotta still play hide and seek some times for certain torrents, hence the question for two instances. Some sort of priority ranking would work also.

Has anyone tried this on audionews? I tested this on both audionews and rutracker just to test it out, and somehow it didn't work on either. On the mRatio client it says I have uploaded X amount of GB but it is not reflected on both sites. mRatio seems to be working fine in the client, but it doesn't update on the sites. Any help is appreciated thanks!
