Need help with Counterstrike!

hi
i have recently started playing non steam CS 1.6 and there is a server that banned me for using foul lang..
anywho i tried changing my IP, MAC add, cs name, and tried reinstalling the dam game again but still im banned there..
my best guess is its due to STEAM ID... but since its a non steam game there shouldnt be Fixed steam ID per acc.. so what i need help with is that anyone know how to change my Steam ID?? since its a non steam game im pretty sure my steam id would be saved in some script or dll file just dont know which...
if anyone can help me change my steam ID it would be GREAT!
i have med-high level of experties in using PC.. so i wont take long to learn how to do it but just need some one to guide me through...

Install CS without steamemu or revemu, or if you used one of those last two, just change to another.

how can i do that? i just install the .exe file it comes with revemu etc/...

Google something like "download counter strike patch 21" it comes with no steam emulation, from patch 31 to 35 it comes with steamemu, further - with revemu.
