Already checked all that and I can't find anything to account for the message.

I don't understand why it comes up at all because the same file works fine if I wait a while.

Increasing the disk buffer size may help. It's somewhere in the settings.

I just did a reset and tried again and bingo! Everything's fine with no changes to any settings. Beats me.

    Thanks though!

Hey - it might be a conflict between activity in the destination folder.

For example, if you're accessing it with another program. Explorer might be looking at that folder at the time, something like that.

yep, this conflict is the main issue most of times.. another program is accessing downloads folder that is used by jdownloader. Maybe a download manager or when u copy files to external hard disk from jdownloader downloads folder where *.part files are stored

I also had that bug a few times when I set a speedlimit to 1,2 MB/s (or something around that) and connections to 20 and downloads to 20....
