    uTorrent 2.2.1 use two folders/hdds

Hi, I have 2x 1,5 TB HDD's in my homeserver and the first one only has 50 gb left. As I want to download smth with 250GB I thought about downloading it to the 2nd HDD. Is there a way to tell uTorrent to automatically load .torrent files from the 2nd HDD (aswell as from the 1st HDD) but when the .torrent file was loaded from the 2nd HDD, also download it to the 2nd HDD ?

I guess not but maybe there is a work around? Like running uTorrent twice?

    Thanks

Well I hoped for a solution where I could simply switch the download directorys by saving the .torrent files in different folders.. Cause I might delete some files of the 1st HDD (and still have 50gb left).. so from time to time I would still want to download smth there (without messing around in the settings of my home-server all the time).

@edit: I found out that I could make 2 hdd's to one with Raid.. i might do that :)
