In the Valley of Elah
A career officer (Jones) and his wife (Sarandon) work with a police detective (Theron) to uncover the truth behind their son's disappearance following his return from a tour of duty in Iraq.
Just saw this film at the movies, excellent and well acted. Must see movie.
I give it four stars out of five.

I can't say that I cared for the film.
I'm not saying that it was bad, but it was a predictable anti-war setup film.
Tommy Lee Jones plays the same character he always plays. He basically plays himself in every film he does. Only the lines, and the background of the character change.
Without giving anything away, the moral of the story is that the Iraq war is turning the soldiers in the US military into mentally scarred monsters. End. Roll credits.
