This is another really nice Linux distro. Just like many of the other smaller Linux distro's available, Peppermint is definitely built for speed and convenience. Something that many of us former Windows users were always grudging about. Shutdowns that left you with enough time to go and make a sandwich, come back, and still not have your system shut down completely.
I find that Peppermint also has a degree of simplicity in it. It's also pretty easy on a user's computer processor including your system's resources. Forget high resource usage. That's history.
Peppermint comes in both 32 and 64 bit architectures. It's about 500 MB in size and will set up very quickly for you in minutes. Try it out first on USB and see for yourself. With enough time, you'll give up that nasty Windows architecture.
