Plot Summary:

completely unnecessary celestial analogies - mars (in the movie) is a stale desert-like planet, far from being any of those

a silly name for a movie, especially one that is fantasy-oriented

who is inexplicably transported to Mars

how about: inexplicably...speaks alien language, can operate alien technology, can jump like crazy, is physically compatible with some aliens, successfully uses weapons for which he had no training, behaves like an idiot yet becomes some warrior/leader,...

in a conflict of epic proportions

Well I thought it was kinda nice.The female character was hot and the narrative was pretty good too.I already knew what I was going to see and it didn't disappoint me.
