    Sherlock Holmes and his sidekick Dr. Watson join forces to outwit and bring down their fiercest adversary, Professor Moriarty.

    -----------------

    I've been a fan of Noomi Rapace ever since her Lisbeth Salander role. As a co-incidence, I'm reading 'The Girl Who Played with Fire ' these days (Good book! ). I look forward to seeing her in this role.

    BTW, I hope you guys know that this is Professor Moriarty's first real appearance in a Sherlock Holmes movie. He's Holmes' biggest archenemy.

    What I don't like about this movie trailer:
    1.too much bang bang it's like a transformers movie;
    2.practically no funny scenes have been shown,the first movie really gave me a laugh.

    I really liked the first one. So I'm hoping this one will be at least as good! I don't see lovely Rachel McAdams in cast! :/

    Apparently she'll only have a small part in the movie, which makes me sad again! :(

    seems he already appeared many times (supposedly even in the 2009 version):

    exactly, its simply yet another action movie, parading around with the holmes name sticking out, it has little to do with what the original writer (doyle) had envisioned, ie. yet another story perverted by the entertainment industry, making uninspired movies unworthy of the source material

    doyle's holmes is about brains, eccentricity, solving elusive cases, observing & seeing things that others would miss - downey jr.'s holmes is about pompous egoism, non-stop fighting/action, conspiracies, showing-off, etc. - its not another iron man, but a completely different character - in this respect the character portrayal has been a clear failure and it is likely to repeat itself in this sequel

    and btw. moriarty is a challenge to holmes, a worthy opponent, not a hated enemy, a breath of fresh air in the largely stale/petty/simplistic criminal 'community'

    well well well

    I'm really looking forward to this. I saw a trailer for it today and looks to share the same style as the first.

    Not sure I found the Robert Downy Jr in drag so funny though.
