Hell's back temporarily... Need suggestions

M gonna go straight.. I been going through a hell of a time.. Its makin me crazy each day n eating me from inside... i have'nt slept in a year.. maximum 2 hours everyday n m never hungry.. 24 hours headache n i cant take it anymore

i wanna know that can i share this here in front of every1? Its about my love though its over .. its just that i think more than 90 % of you will make fun ,that's what i fear..

should i share (u will take it seriously) or just leave it?

Secondly, I'd advice you to post about it here. It's hardly what I'd call funny, and I doubt anyone would make fun of you. There's many people from different places and age groups in this forum. They should be able to provide useful insight.

If it's serious, most people in their right mind wouldn't make 'fun' of your current interests. You mentioned "Its about my love though its over" so it must be fairly obvious as can be deduced.

I'd suggest talking to someone that you trust the most. Perhaps you've done so already and are just looking for further insight into your issue online which of course is completely up to you and should be fine with most people, though you should be aware that your sharing personal info with people you've never met in comparison to people you do know personally in your life.

Nevertheless, from a philosophical perspective, life is not a bowl of roses and never will. Life is a roller-coaster of life experiences. If life was as grand and perfect as you'd wish it to be in your personal life situations, you wouldn't ever have any kind of experiences to fall back onto and reflect and henceforth be able to deal with both accordingly and appropriately. In the end what you gain is a sense of wisdom and power to deal with oncoming similar situations.

Fluctuating experiences throughout one's lifespan is quite normal. If you didn't have such life experiences, how could you possibly teach another the wisdom you've gained yourself.

Life might have been somewhat difficult and challenging but as I've said already, life is not a bowl of roses.

there is no reason why the life-experience would be so single-sided as to provide only pleasure or 'positive' results, it has to include the 'negative' as well - what one can do is to realize and accept such a mixture as natural & ever-occurring for the so-called human experience of existence - the good thing is that the mixture is 'modifiable' (also, our perception of its 'contents'), where through the usage of one's mind & will (also of the body, though of secondary importance) it is possible, on one hand to influence this mixture so that it becomes more satisfactory (regarding one's goals), on the other hand to change one's attitude towards it (realization/acceptance), and yet further, to examine/observe it like some external observer (contemplation/exploration), expanding one's understanding of it

ok guys so m back again .. was busy in sorting some issues..

since m done with my prob so smmary of story is " I knew this girl - my childhood friend" infact my best friend 18 years of firendship and 5 years of love relationship ,.. was fighting for her from last 1 year and now i came to know everything was her plan to make believe that she can't be with me coz of her parents n all that shit n her brother has put restrictions n all n blamed me for everthing.. Now i came to knew in the end she cheated upon me by lying n back stabbing .. i was just a time pass for her n all 8 years were like nothing to her and when i found about her she disappeared like a ghost coz i know she's afraid i might see her eyes.. i was just about to kill her brother( not real one though) but i recieved her call n she begged for his life n cried .. damn i got weak again n let him go.. she disappeared again..

In the end m happy i came to know the truth otherwise i would have been dead (from inside) . it still troubles me n specially while sleeping.. coz it was unexpected n i trust her more than myself.. evry told me she's faking it n cheating upon u n here was i idiotic fool fighting every1 that she's innocent

I should've beat him to death coz he insulted me many times n i bear everything for her but he was in the plan too.. i can't hurt her so i ws just went with bunch of guys to finish him but i dnt knw y i got so weakened by her voice though u know when i was here dying behave like crazy ppl there she was enjoying .. i mean she even lost her humanity . she knew how i was n still she did that?

now m ok n havin fun of my life but still somewhere inside it eats me everyday . Did i did right to let go of that bastard n her?
