    Any IP location service:
The first google hit was IP Address Geolocation to Identify Website Visitor's Geographical Location
But you should insert the whole adress. - Or even the first two blocks and random numbers for testing.
There is no strong connection between the first number of an IP and the country.

For example the 141.x.x.x adresses are distributed around the whole world. (universities)

    IANA IPv4 Address Space Registry

You can do an inverse query (which IP ranges are allocated to a particular country?) by using the IP2Country database at Ludost.net:
IP <-> Country database at LUDOST.NET

The last one isn't very up-to-date, as my home's IP range isn't included, for example.

I recommend WorldIP plugin for Firefox!

    https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefo...datacenter-pi/

    Really good!

    This account has been disabled
    Reason: Fake upload

Do NOT cheat. This involves; ghost leeching, spoofing and/or use of a modified client in anyway. If you, or anyone on your IP/server is found to be cheating then ALL users on that IP will be disabled.

93.0.0.0/8 is allocated to RIPE NCC, which deals with IP assignments on Europe. A single /8 block is too broad to trace it to a specific country - for example, 190.0.0.0/8 belongs to a huge chunk of South America and the Caribbean.
